I was somehow surprised to learn that the original "Back To The Future" movie was almost entirely shot featuring Eric Stoltz as Marty McFly. Almost entirely. Unfortunately (or fortunately), Stoltz sucked major ostrich eggs in portraying a teenager. In the final weeks of filming, the producers had him replaced by Michael J. Fox, and had the entire movie re-shot. Wow. (Thanks, digg!)
